Chalkboard Studios
Chalkboard Studio is where the film scores are written / recorded / produced. It is the studio of choice for a number of artists' recording / overdubbing sessions due to the sound quality of the facility. Vocal, drums and instrumental sessions, Radio podcasts and remote e-sessions for outside clients have all been engineered at ChalkBoard. Remote location recording sessions are also provided.
The studio is based around an Intel Mac Pro running Logic Studio and Pro Tools LE, with microphones and mic preamps from high-end makers such as Daking, Universal Audio and BLUE, high-quality cabling, an acoustically treated environment and audio monitoring by Genelec and Event Opal.
Artists also leave their mark on the iconic chalk board!
